Terem Moffi has been recognised for his outstanding performance in the last round of matches in the French Ligue 1, with football statistics website Whoscored picking the Lorient loanee in its Team of the Week.
The Nigeria international scored and provided an assist as OGC Nice was held to a 2-2 draw by Nantes on Sunday.
Moffi opened the scoring for the visitors in the fifth minute with a header but Moussa Sissoko canceled out his strike just past the half-hour mark.
Nineteen minutes from time, the OGC Nice number 9 turned from scorer to provider when he set up Youssouf Ndayishimiye, but Mostafa Mohamed scored in the 88th minute to salvage a point for the Canaries.
In a 4-4-2 formation, Moffi was partnered in attack by history-making Lens forward, Lois Openda, who scored the fastest Ligue 1 hat-trick (4 minutes and 30 seconds) in 50 years to help Lens beat Clermont 4-0 on Sunday.
Against Nantes, Moffi registered three shots, bettered only by his teammate Ross Barkley (4), made a joint-game high three key passes and completed the most take-ons (3).
The Nigerian won a team-high two fouls, was accurate in 82.4 percent of his passes and totaled 29 touches.
